Tuition and Registration
Creative Outlet Performing Arts Center accepts tuition payments in the form of auto withdrawal from a debit card, credit card or bank account. Payments can be made in cash before your card is debited. Tuition will be debited on the 1st of every month from the payment method you provided. If your card is declined, we will attempt to charge it until the 7th of the month. After the 7th, your tuition payment is late and $15 fee will be added to your balance.
There is an annual registration fee of $35 (or $50 per family) that is due upon registration.
Tuition is added up by family. Discounts are applied at every class add-on: 5% for the second class, 10% for the third, 15% for the fourth and so on capped at 45% off.
Attendance policies
If your child is absent due to illness, injury or other commitments, there are NO refunds. Your child has the option to attend any class in their age/level to make up the absence during the current class session. Please contact our office staff to book all make up classes.
All absences expire at the end of the current class session.
Only currently enrolled students can make up for missed classes. If your child is not enrolled in at least 1 class, all absences will be forfeited.
If there is a waitlist in your child's class and you incur 3 consecutive absences, your child will be removed from the class. We will notify you to inform you and possibly make a switch to your current class schedule that works better for your schedule.
If the studio is required to shut down for the reason of natural disaster, the absences incurred are allowed and invited to be made up in one of other classes once we resume business.
Should the studio be required to shutdown due to a global pandemic, refunds will not be issued. Our classes will operate virtually until it is safe to return to in-person classes.
You must submit a request in writing to our office if you wish to remove your child from their class(es) and stop auto payments. Your request must be made by the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for next month’s tuition.
Attitude and Character
The staff at Creative Outlet PAC believes that every student deserves a productive learning environment. If a student is disruptive the teacher will issue a warning. The student may be asked to sit out or the parent will be contacted to pick up their child for such behaviors.

Creative Outlet PAC reserves the right to suspend, dismiss, or refuse service to any student or parent whose attitude or behavior conflicts with the standard of Creative Outlet PAC or whose actions are deemed detrimental to other students, parents, or the School as a whole.
